A fire occurred at a 4-plex residential property located in Bastrop, Texas. Over the four-month restoration, the roof structure was re-framed over two of the units, while three units were stripped down to studs and reworked from the “rough-in” stage through to completion.
The total scope of work performed by All Nation Restoration surpassed $275,000, with the restoration completed in four months.
